“Woody” returns to Newmarket
THE STABLE runs both Dancinginthewoods and Yimou in the 7.38 at Newmarket tonight in a 7-runner 0-90 handicap for 3yos and upwards and both need the rain to stay away!
They are probably the main two fast ground horses in the yard and like to hear their hooves rattle. The going is currently Good after some rain overnight and this morning and as long as the winds keep up and the forecast showers are light, the ground should be okay although not perfect.
It’s a tight contest and “Woody” and Yimou renew rivalry from 13 days ago when the Solario Racing horse came out on top. Even at the revised weights, he “should” come out hopefully on top again.
Both are strong in the market with “Woody” at 5/2 and Yimou at 9/2. Both have strong jockeys with William Buick and Hollie Doyle riding respectively. Hopefull the yard will have a 1-2…int he right order of course!
