Robert Winston – aboard Tangramm at Wolves
TANGRAMM is undoubtedly well handicapped as he bids to get back to winning ways in the 1m 1 1/2furlong handicap at Wolverhampton this evening (6pm) but he needs to improve on recent outings if he’s going to trouble the judge.
A nine-times winner on the all-weather, including three over today’s course and distance, he has slipped down the weights to a mark of 68, some 12lbs below his last winning mark back in April of last year.
He is drawn nicely in one and has Robert Winston back on board. It would take a leap of faith to expect him to win today but he’s attractively weighted and priced at 10/1 for each-way purposes. Dangers include Iconic Girl and Zorawar.
