PAUL WEBBER’S horses are starting to hit form and Very Live’s success today at Plumpton was the yard’s third win of 2016 over jumps from just 14 runs at a strike rate of 21%.
The 7yo son of Secret Success was recording back-to-back victories under Richie McLernon, following his win in December at Lingfield. He has appreciated the drop in trip combined with heavy going.
Cropredy Lawn has enjoyed a good fortnight with two wins, a second and a third from seven runs under both codes, making it 57% win or placed.
