Soaring Spirits – runs at Lingfield
SOARING SPIRITS may not be the most reliable horse at Harper Lodge Farm but he has won 11 times and if on a going day, could surprise today on the turf at Lingfield (4.55pm).
He is the mount of Luke Bacon in a 13-runner apprentice handicap and the horse is well handicapped, goes on good to firm and Luke claims 10lbs. He has ridden him before and although drawn nine is not ideal, if Luke can get him handy, he looks a big each-way price at 18/1.
The stable is in rude health with two winners, a second and a third yesterday and that always inspires confidence!
