DORS TOYBOY has knocked at the door a couple of times during his last few runs, both over 7f at Chelmsford which is what he faces tonight at 6.50pm as he goes in search of his first win.
The grey is one of 11 runners in the Classified Stakes for 4yos and older rated 0-50 and it’s a tight contest with eight of the field rated 47 to 50. The stable runner is on a mark of 48 and although not best in at the weights his course and distance form does entitle him to be there or thereabouts under George Downing at around 13/2.
Dangers include My Footsteps and Tavrina but Dors Toyboy has sound each-way claims.
