DEAN sends out three today and Fighting Temeraire in the 7f handicap at Wolverhampton tonight (6.40pm) has a good form chance if he can defy a wide draw.

He was second last time out over course and distance to today’s favourite Beauty Choice.  The stable runner is 3lbs better off for 1 1/4 lengths and that should help although the jolly could be improving and is a big threat even on revised terms.  However, at around 16/1, Fighting Temeraire might be worth an each-way look.  George Downing rides.

At Chelmsford this afternoon, Dors Toyboy run in the 2.25, a 14-runner 7f handicap and the son of Dark Angel has not yet been placed in nine starts and needs to improve to figure.  Jimmy Quinn rode him last time and interestingly is aboard again.  He’s around 14/1 today.

Finally, Kerrera runs over 1m6f at 4.55pm.  Only eight go to post and although 1m4f would probably be a more preferable trip, the horse is two pounds its last winning mark and she’d have each-way claims under Jimmy Quinn at around 15/2.
