THERE are just three days to this year’s Yearling Parade and the weather is set fair for Sunday with sunshine interspersed with just the odd shower. However, the Parade is in the indoor school and the champagne hospitality is also under cover in the adjacent barn, so regardless of the elements, we are all set for a good morning.
Proceedings begin at 11am but we are expecting a good turn out, so please allow plenty of time to get to Bowstridge Farm Stables and park. Coffees and teas will be available on arrival and around 11.45, the Yearling Parade will start. We have two cracking youngsters available for 1/12th share syndication and both will be on show.
There’s a beautifully bred Amadeus Wolf filly who is a half-sister to seven winners and is from one of the late Lord Howard de Walden’s home-bred families which includes Pursuit of Love, Champion 3yo sprinter in Europe. We also have a strong, scopey looking striking chestnut colt by first season sire, Rebellion who won two Group races and was second in a Breeder’s Cup over a mile. The dam was a three-time winner and this first foal is from the family of 1,000 Guineas winner, Hatoof.
After the Parade, there will be champagne hospitality in the large barn and the opportunity to find out more about Solario Racing’s syndication business. If you would like to come along, you are more than welcome but please book by calling the Racing Office on 01442 877 597 or by emailing info@solarioracing.com. Family and friends are welcome.
