Soaring Spirits – runs at Brighton
SOARING SPIRITS is back at his favourite track Brighton today (3pm) and is hoping to resume the winning habit after being beaten a short head last time out.
His last four runs at the Sussex track have brought two wins and two seconds and today he is one of seven runners in a trappy 7f handicap but the 6yo son of Tamayuz is a course and distance winner and is still on a winning mark.
He was just caught close home last time out but Robert Winston knows him really well and hopefully the pair can reward odds of 7/2 to make it four wins for the chestnut gelding this year. Several of his opponents can be given a chance, particularly Bingo George.
