Sharp Distinction – runs at Kempton
SHARP DISTINCTION, who ran well when fourth at Sandown three weeks ago, should be ready to run a nice race today at Kempton (5.15pm) in the 13-runner 1m3f handicap for owners, Solario Racing (Berkhamsted).
He has run well at the Sunbury track before when third and second as a 2yo and today’s trip of 1m3f should hold no perils.
We are drawn nicely in 4 and Sean Levey is an excellent jockey booking. He has sound each-way prospects at 8/1. Dangers include Kaaranah and Euraquilo.
The stable has prospects of an across the card each-way double when Tarbaan lines up at Nottingham in the 4.55, a 1m 1/2 furlong handicap. Connor Beasley is in the plate and this drop back in trip should suit. He too has sound each-way claims at around 5/1.
