SHARP DISTINCTION has been extremely well supported to land the 5.30 at Kempton this evening, a 7f restricted novice.
He ran a great race on his debut when beaten just 2 3/4 lengths and although the form of the race has not worked out too well so far, it was an encouraging run from a bad draw and he should have learned plenty from that.
Robert Winston who rode him 24 days ago, is on board again and this time the son of Tamayuz is much better drawn in two. “Jerry” has been backed in from 9/2 to 9/4 favourite, usurping previous winner, Last Hoorah, the mount of Hollie Doyle as favourite. The Archie Watson horse is still a big danger as is the once-raced Seascape Girl for Roger Charlton. If we get the usual luck in running thought, Sharp Distinction should go close!
Good luck to Solario Racing (Berkhamsted)!
