King’s Concerto upsides Rosie’s Premiere at Kempton
ROSIE’S PREMIERE was a convincing winner at Windsor this evening for trainer Dean Ivory on just her second start and it was a great boost for King’s Concerto who worked with the daughter of Showcasing at Kempton earlier this month.
Having made an eye-catching debut at Lingfield sixteen days ago when fourth, beaten just a length and a quarter, she made sufficient improvement and despite still being green, ran out a comfortable winner by two lengths over the minimum trip in the Berkshire course’s opener.
Solario Racing’s King’s Concerto worked nicely with Rosie’s Premiere at Kempton four week’s ago, so we are delighted with tonight’s result. The son of Thewayyouare has now been for two racecourse gallops and is on schedule to make his debut during the coming weeks.
