THE two-year-old colt by Rebellion has stepped up a gear and is now cantering on the gallops.
Today was just his third day exercising outside and he relished every moment. No doubt spurred on by a crowd – Solario Racing owners were up in force for a New Year Gallops morning – he moved effortlessly up the all-weather under regular pilot Zac Baker.
Officially two yesterday, he’s a fine-looking strong colt who does everything with consumate ease. He hacked up behind his older lead horse in two gentle canters under tight restraint from his rider which did not go unnoticed by gallops watchers!
The horse will stay at Bowstridge Farm until the spring when he will move up to Paul Webber’s Cropredy Lawn stables near Banbury. He is being syndicated in 1/12th shares and is available for private viewings on the gallops. Please call the Racing Office on 01442 877 597 to arrange a day to see this very exciting colt.
