Dean Ivory – saddles Nicky Baby at WIndsor
NICKY BABY will be Dean’s third 2yo runner of the season when contesting the 5.45 at Windsor tonight and the 25/1 shot is likely to have better opportunities in the future.
The £50,000 Dark Angel colt, ridden by Robert Winston, is one of nine going to post for the 5f Novice Stakes and those with previous experience will have an edge. They include the market leaders, Tropical Rock, the Ralph Beckett filly which was third on its debut at Ascot and Barrington, who was fourth behind Cunco for Charlie Hills at Newbury. Both should be there or thereabouts.
