MOONLIT CLOUD returns to Nottingham, where she had her first two races and she’s a 9/1 shot to go two better than her third at the course two runs ago.
She’s one of nine runners in the 1m 1/2f novice median auction stakes (3.10pm) and needs to up her game after a disappointing run last time out at Newmarket when dropped back to 7f.
She’d have an each-way squeak under Joey Haynes, who rode her first time up but she needs to improve to beat the market leaders, Imperial Eight and West Side Glory.
