Librisa Breeze – runs in a handicap at Lingfield
LIBRISA BREEZE is the only stable runner today, one of six to go to post in the 1.10 at Lingfield, a 0-105 handicap and he has to defy top-weight if he is to deliver.
The former Champions Sprint winner at Ascot, on his best form he would carry the field home today under Joey Haynes but despite his second in a Newbury Group 2 last term, he hasn’t been at his best for some time.
Not an easy horse to train in terms of keeping him sound, he nevertheless is a joy to watch on his day and with the horses now running a little better, it wouldn’t be the greatest surprise if he was to win today at odds of around 8/1….but one does need a good dose of optimism in what is a very competitive heat.
