Lancelot Du Lac – runs at Lingfield
LANCELOT DU LAC bids to win the Listed Cleve Stakes today at Lingfield Park (1.45pm ) for the second time in three years.
In 2017 he went off at 11/2 but today is a much bigger price at 16/1 and drawn well in two with Adam Kirby booked he looks overpriced for each-way players. The favourite Kachy won the race last year and is clearly a big danger along with the mount of Ryan Moore, Cenotaph.
Lancelot du Lac slightly lost his form on the turf towards the end of last season but still rated 109 on the all-weather, the 9yo son of Shamardal still has plenty of ability and will hopefully outrun his price.
