KADRIZZI WELL HANDICAPPED TO GO WELL AT CHELMSFORD

Kadrizzi - favourite at Chelmsford

Kadrizzi – favourite at Chelmsford

KADRIZZI runs in the 6.25 at Chelmsford tonight and the well-handicapped 6yo gelding has a good chance of justifying favouritism.

He is running in the 7f handicap off a mark of 74, way below the dizzy heights of 97 he was running off when last successful back in August 2016.  So,having slipped down the weights and back at a track at which he has run well in the past, including two runs ago, he should go close today under Robert Havlin who is riding him for the fist time.

The son of Hurricane Cat is plenty short enough at 13/8 but he is well drawn in one and although Enthaar is a big threat in first-time cheek-pieces, Kadrizzi is expected to resume winning ways.
