KADRIZZI ran well in his first run back last time out after an absence of 241 days when fifth of 11 over 7f at Chelmsford and returning over course and distance 17 days later, he could be in the shake-up this evening at 7.45pm.
He’s not well drawn in ten but he’s come down another two pounds and is now rated 75 on the all-weather This is some 29 pounds behind his highest ever rating, 104 on the turf in 2016 and 25 pounds lower than his last all-weather win, at Chelmsford over 5f in the same year.
Jack Duern rides, claiming three pounds and he will be keen to follow up his win on Eljaddaaf yesterday with another success on the all-weather. In a competitive race, Wilbury Twist and The Lamplighter look two potential dangers but at 6/1, Kadrizzi is an each-way price.
