KADRIZZI STRONG ON FORM, WEAK IN THE MARKET

Jack Duern – rides Kadrizzi at Wolves

KADRIZZI is one of two stable runners today at Wolverhampton when lining up for the apprentice handicap over 7f and although he has strong from claims, he is incredibly weak in the market.

The chestnut is not the force of old and has plummeted down the handicap in the last two years.  However, his recent all-weather efforts entitle him to have a say in today’s 12-runner 0-75 handicap. Well drawn in two, he has Jack Duern in the saddle and has each-way claims at a huge 8/1.  The favourite, Lion Hearted is chasing a five-timer and looks a big threat.

Badenscoth is a similar price in the 8.15, a 1m 11/2f handicap and Franny Norton again takes the ride.  The 5yo Foxwedge gelding ran an eye-catching race last time out at Kempton after a long lay-off and if takes to the Tapeta surface, has sound each-way claims.
