JACK AND ROSE PICK OF IVORY QUARTET

Dean Ivory - runs four horses at three tracks

Dean Ivory – runs four horses at three tracks

DEAN runs four horses tomorrow at three different tracks and Spinning Rose and Jack the Laird look to be his best chances of having a winner.

The former is one of 14 runners in the 1m2f handicap on the all-weather at Lingfield (5.15pm) and the step back up in trip should suit this unexposed 4yo daughter of Pivotal.  She has each-way possibilities at 8/1 under Robert Winston.

In form Jack the Laird bids to go one better than last time out when running in the 8.50 at Yarmouth, a 5f handicap.  Paul Hanagan is an interesting booking and if he handles the straight track, he should be there or thereabouts at 7/2.

Dean’s first runner of the day is Bobby Vee in the 1.50 at Lingfield on the turf, a 6f fillies’ maiden.  Robert Winston takes over from Charles Eddery who rode her in her first two starts but the 16/1 shot needs to improve to trouble the judge.

Finally, Tesoro is a big outsider at 33/1 to win the 7f handicap at Sandown (6.35pm) and Robert Winston hot foots it across from Lingfield for the ride.  She has ability and may be worth a second look each-way.
