Dean Ivory – two runners at Windsor
DEAN IVORY runs two at Windsor today, Raven’s Heart in the 6.20 and Secret Bird in the 8.50 and both seem to be up against it.
Raven’s Heart has his third run but has shown precious little on his first two outings, both at Windsor, once over today’s mile trip and once over 1m2f. Today, the 4yo Dansili gelding is 125/1 and the price reflects his chance. Renato Souza rides.
Ten runners line up for the lucky last, a 5f handicap and Secret Bird needs to show more than in recent outings to get his head in front off two pounds higher than his winning mark at the course over 6f last year. Today’s soft going is not ideal and although Robert Winston rides, the 8/1 shot does not look to have an easy task on the ground.
