Gunning For Glory – planned racecourse gallop
GUNNING FOR GLORY, the 2yo son of Indesatchel is not far off making his racecourse appearance.
Next week, the plan is to take him for a racecourse gallop at Kempton Park to sharpen him up ahead of his eagerly awaited debut. From the family of Group One winner, Hearts Of Fire, Gunning For Glory has been working nicely at home after a minor setback during the autumn.
He’s likely to need at least a mile first time up but we’ll know more about trip after his racecourse spin next week when Martin Lane is intended to have the leg up, subject to his riding engagements on Friday.
