GREENNESS MAY FIND OUT TALENTED HOT CHESNUT

Hot Chesnut - makes debut at Lingfield

Hot Chesnut – makes debut at Lingfield

HOT CHESNUT, a half-sister to the stable’s Fighting Temeraire, makes her debut today at Lingfield in the 4.55, a 7f median auction maiden stakes for 3yos and although talented, inexperience will probably find her out today.

Bred by her owners, Heather and Michael Yarrow, the daughter of Camacho has always shown ability at home and worked nicely last year.  Today, it’s all about getting some race experience and it’s likely she’ll be quite green.  Those with previous form such as Bertie’s Wish, Tajdid and Sea Of Charm don’t look to be anything out of the ordinary but previous runs under their belt will undoubtedly help.

Whatever the 22/1 shot does today, she will improve and it’s not inconceivable she could grab a place.

We wish her connections well!
