Red Ruffian – runs at Wolverhampton
RED RUFFIAN runs at Wolverhampton in the 4.30 today for Solario Racing owner Gwen Thomas, who owns the horse with Radlett Racing.
The 3yo son of Tamayuz is stepping up in trip to 1m 1 1/2 furlongs for this 0-60 handicap. This is his first run on the Tapeta surface, so it will be interesting to see how he fares under Jack Duern, who claims three.
The horse has ability but had a long lay-off before his run a month ago at Kempton over a mile. He is 20/1 today and he needs to improve significantly to win today. We hope he does but either way, good luck to Gwen.
