Sirius Prospect bounced back to form at Kempton last time out when third and although he faces the first and second again, albeit on better terms, he may struggle to win at the weights. Nevertheless, he looks worth a second glance each-way at 14/1, again under Robert Winston.
At Ascot, Dean runs Twin Sails (25/1) in the 2.40, Kadrizzi (10/1) in the 4.10 and Stake Acclaim (8/1) in the 5.20. They are ridden respectively by Sean Levey, William Twiston-Davies and Robert Winston. All have chances of sorts and confidence would be higher in Stake Acclaim if the rain arrived at Ascot, so the pick may be Kadrizzi a last time out winner over course and distance.
