Dean Ivory – best crop of horses

DEAN IVORY currently has 25 horses in training with a handicap mark and exactly 20% of those are rated 100 or more.

The latest to hit the hundred is GOLDEN AMBER, who went up 4lbs for her win last Thursday at Newmarket.  She joins Sirius Prospect on 101, Caspian Prince on 106, Lancelot Du Lac on 108 and top-rated Tropics on 116.

He also has four horses rated in the 80s and three in the 90s.  Nearly half the yard with handicap marks are officially rated 85 or higher.  This is an enviable achievement for a relatively small yard.

Harper Lodge Farm not only has the best crop of horses since Dean took out a licence in 2002 but also the most in training, currently standing at 48.
