FANCY FLYER has come in for strong support at Windsor in the opener, a 12-runner 5f handicap and is now generally a 6/1 shot in a competitive heat.
The 3yo Archipenko gelding is the mount of stable apprentice, Luke Bacon who takes a handy 7lbs off his back. It may be that 6f is his optimum trip as 7f seemed too far last time but nevertheless with the extra weight off his back and with the yard in fine form, he could go well for Luke, who is having just his fifth ride in public.
An hour later, Trust Me makes his handicap debut in a 6f contest and if the son of Shamardal can settle under regular pilot, Martin Dwyer, he could reward each-way backers at around 10/1.
