DEAN IVORY runs two in the same race at Chelmsford tonight (7pm), Fighting Temeraire and Eljaddaaf and both were well handicapped but which of the two will finish in front of the other and can either win this 7f handicap?
Fighting Temeraire, winner last time out, has won four times in the last twelve months including twice over course and distance. He absolutely hacked up last time under Adam Kirby, has gone up 5lbs for that win but is still 7lbs 9lbs below a winning mark. He looks to have a great each-way chance at 5/1.
Eljaddaaf is also below a winning mark to the tune of 7lbs but he does need things to drop right for him. Ridden by Joey Haynes he is 10lbs below a winning mark and despite being 16/1, he would have an each-way squeak.
The favourite, Dragon Sun was beaten a nose on Monday and if those exertions haven’t taken their toll, he would be a big danger to all.
