DADDY’S DAUGHTER, an impressive winner at Salisbury in the soft earlier in the season, has lost her way in her last two outings and needs to step up a gear if she is to threaten in the opener at Lingfield today, a ten-runner mile handicap, due off at 12.10pm.
The 4yo daughter of Scat Daddy has plenty of ability but one is never too sure sure which Daddy’s Daughter is going to turn up on the day. She has run poorly on her last two outings, both at Newbury but possibly the switch back to the all-weather will suit.
She is reasonably strong in the market at around 6/1 and has each-way claims under Martin Dwyer but she does come with risks attached.
