DADDY’S DAUGHTER makes her long awaited debut when one of 14 lining up for the fillies’ novice stakes over a mile at Kempton today (5pm) and the $150,000 Scat Daddy purchase as a yearling, is joint-second favourite at 7/1.
Drawn well in one, she runs in a tongue-tie and has Robert Winston aboard. While the stable does not have many first time up winners, this well-bred filly may well be good enough to have an impact this afternoon. The one to beat is clearly the odds-on favourite, Cloudsam from the Willie Haggas yard while Marco Botti’s Elenor Delight, the joint-second favourite with Daddy’s Daughter also merits consideration having run before.
