Chiltern Secret far side
CHILTERN SECRET is due to make her racecourse debut on Monday at Kempton and today she was put through the finishing touches in the stalls and all went well.
The Sakhee’s Secret filly has recently been through the stalls at home but not on the gallops. Today, the stalls were manoeuvered onto the all-weather gallops and she was berthed alongside old stalwart, Arachnophobia.
Each time she went in and popped out, she was better and at the third time of asking, she broke well and was just a half a length behind “Spider” soon after the break.
Her race on Monday, a 7f EBF fillies’ maiden looks hot so we are not expecting fireworks. Well, certainly no rockets but maybe a smouldering Roman Candle.
