Cappananty Con – chances at Lingfield
DEAN IVORY sends out three runners today and Cappananty Con in the 12.50 at Lingfield looks to be his best chance of a winner.
One of eight going to post in the 5f maiden, the 3yo Zebedee gelding has the odds on favourite, Gloriux to beat but rated 72, the Ivory charge has sound each-way credentials at around 6/1 under Robert Winston.
Earlier in the 12.20 at Lingfield, Pearly Queen is the 33/1 outsider in a 7f handicap and while Robert Winston rides, the Dutch Art filly has not shown as great deal of promise to date and is probably best watched.
Soaring Spirits is an 8/1 shot at Wolverhamton in the 7.15 at Wolverhampton and the top-weight is beginning to be in the grip of the handicapper. The winner of three races this year, the Tamayuz gelding is not drawn well in twelve and although Robert Winston travels from Lingfield to Wolverhampton for the ride, the horse needs to improve to win.
