The one who won off a 5lb higher mark in the Soft at Salisbury last year or the filly who has been beaten an aggregate of 46 lengths in her last two outings when last on both occasions?
The $150,000 Scat Daddy filly undoubtedly has ability and maybe the removal of the tongue tie and hood will help. She’s 25/1 and if in the mood, the mount of George Downing could make that price look very generous but it does require a leap of faith. One day, the penny will drop again…the question is which day?
