BADENSCOTH TO APPRECIATE RETURN TO KEMPTON

Badenscoth (far side) - winning at Kempton in April

Badenscoth (far side) – winning at Kempton in April

DEAN runs five horses today, one at Yarmouth and four at Kempton and Badenscoth, back on the all-weather may be the pick in the 6.55.

A winner on his handicap debut back in April, he has had three runs on turf since, including a second at Windsor.  However, the return to the polytrack should suit and drawn five (he won when drawn six) should suit.  Robert Winston rides and at 13/2, he has each-way claims.

Cappananty Con is a 14/1 chance in the 8.55, a 6f handicap and having the plum draw in one, he has an each-way chance.  The horse has always been regarded better than he has shown to so far and the son of Zebedee’s last run on good to soft can be forgiven.

Robert Winston rides all four at Kempton but he will be doing well to win on 80/1 and 33/1 shots, Wotamadam  and Tangramm in the 7.25 and 8.25 respectively.

At Yarmouth, Poet’s Quest is 66/1 for her second run, in a mile maiden, due off at 4.20pm.   Liam Jones rides.
