Dean Ivory – amassed £350,000 in prize money in 2013
DEAN IVORY’s successful year continues unabated as he passed the £350,000 prize money barrier this evening, courtesy of Lancelot Du Lac’s win at Kempton.
The 3yo son of Shamardal justified 5/4 favouritism in the 0-100 6f sprint to win by three-quarters of a length under Jim Crowley from Picture Dealer. This was the colt’s fourth win of the year from nine starts and he looks destined for greater things next season with a winter on his back.
The yard was enjoying its 37th win of the year at a strike rate of 17%, prize money now stands at £356,000 and 42% of all runs have been in the first four.
