NOTNOWIVORHEADACHE RUNS A CRACKER ON DEBUT

NOTNOWIVORHEADACHE, the 4yo filly by Notnowcato ran a wonderful race on her debut when second in what looked a fairly good bumper at Worcester on Friday.

Owned by Attwood, Coggon, Edwards and Neville and trained by Paul Webber, the half-sister to multiple sprint winner, Klynch, runs in the colours of Solario Racing and was bought for the quarter share partnership by Racing Manager, Simon Double as a yearling for just £5,000 at Doncaster in 2010.

She’s had her problems but “Katie” finally hit the racecourse and belied her 25/1 odds.  Paul Webber, who took charge of the filly earlier this year has always liked her but it was not anticipated she would finished second on her debut, beaten just two lengths.  Her meritorious debut was all the more laudable given that she dumped her jockey, Sam Jones and went for a solo spin before the start!

The four owners, who co-founded Solario Racing with Simon Double were delighted with their filly’s first time out performance and are eagerly awaiting her second foray on the racecourse next month.
