Citrus Mark (nearside) works with Red Cossack & Tindaro (grey)
CITRUS MARK gained a deserved win at Uttoxexter this afternoon for Paul Webber.
The 8yo son of Mark Of Esteem out of Lemon’s Mill had been coming into form of late and he was entitled to run a big race. He was always prominent and travelling strongly, he made the race his own after the last and beat the runner-up, Benny’s Quest by a length under jockey, Liam Heard.
Two miles and good fast ground clearly suit Citrus Mark and he took advantage of both today.
Interestingly, Red Cossack worked very nicely with Citrus Mark earlier in the week!
