TIME TO MOVE ON TO PASTURES NEW

Dean Ivory – heading for best ever season

SOLARIO RACING’S Buckinghamshire-based horses today moved across the border to neighbouring Hertfordshire and are now being trained by Dean Ivory at Harper Lane Farm Stables in Radlett, near St Albans.

Gunning For Glory, Chiltern Secret and the Amadeus Wolf 2yo filly are now spending their first night in new surroundings, a wonderful 120-acre private training establishment which Dean Ivory took over from his father, Ken in 2002.

Dean has already trained over 260 winners since taking over the licence and is heading for his best ever season.  Saturday saw the stable win a major sprint handicap at Windsor with Tropics who was also the yard’s 20th winner of the season.  Not resting on his laurels, Dean followed it up yesterday with winner number 21 at Wolverhampton, courtesy of Fossa.

Solario Racing felt the time was right for a change of scene and we are very excited about having three horses in training with Dean Ivory and his team.  Owners and prospective owners are encouraged to visit the yard and they will receive a very warm welcome.

If you would like to see the Amadeus Wolf filly (half-sister to seven winners) on the gallops, please call the Racing Office on 01442 877 597 or 07769 183 362 to arrange a suitable day.
