Richard III would be turning in his Leicestershire car park grave if he knew England was enduring freezing winter temperatures two-thirds through March.
The forecast for this Sunday at the stables is a high of zero degrees celcius which is no fun for man or beast, so we have rescheduled our Gallops Morning to Sunday 21 April, 11am – 1.30pm.
We were expecting a good turn-out from owners and prospective owners but there is no doubt the anticipated freeze was beginning to deter many from leaving their homes and for those hardy enough to brave the elements, Sunday was never going to be a pleasurable experience.
We would like our guests to enjoy themselves, hence the rescheduling. I am delighted that both Martin Bosley and Paul Webber will be present on 21 April.
