SOLARIO RACING is very much looking forward to Solario Stakes Day at Sandown tomorrow when we will be sponsoring the fifth race on the card, the Solario Racing Twelfth Share Syndicates Nursery, due off at 4.30pm.
The race has cut up at the declaration stage to just five runners and top weight, Law Enforcement from the all-conquering juvenile yard of Richard Hannon looks to have a favourite’s chance.
In the feature race, the Solario Stakes, named after 1925 St Leger winner Solario, the betting suggests Master Of War, representing the Richard Hannon/Richard Hughes combo and as low as 6/4 with Ladbrokes, he will surely relish the step up to 7f and go close. The once raced winner, Fantastic Moon from the Jeremy Noseda yard, looks a likely danger under William Buick.
Solario Racing will be promoting its forthcoming Yearling Parade (Sunday 14 October) which will feature two lovely purchases this week at Donny, a filly by Amadeus Wolf and a strapping colt by first season sire Rebellion.
There will also be the chance to win a 1/12 share in Gunning For Glory in the Marie Curie raffle. The horse will be paraded at 12.40 before racing starts and tickets will be available throughout the afternoon, priced just £5.
If you are going to Sandown tomorrow, we look forward to seeing you at our stand near the Winners’ Enclosure and hope you have an enjoyable afternoon’s racing.
