Gunning For Glory
SOLARIO RACING is very much looking forward to Solario Stakes Day at Sandown on Saturday 1 September when we will be sponsoring the fifth race on the card, “The Solario Racing Twelfth Share Syndicates Nursery Handicap Stakes.”
Solario was a beautifully bred racehorse by Triple Crown winner, Gainsborough and he inherited his sire’s genes, winning the St Leger in 1925 and both the Coronation Cup and Ascot Gold Cup the following year. To add more spice to the tale, he was owned by a syndicate!
As well as sponsoring a race, we will be promoting our Yearling Parade on Sunday 14 October.
But take note of this! Racegoers will have the opportunity to win a 1/12th share in GUNNING FOR GLORY, a very promising 2yo by Indesatchel. Profits will go to Marie Curie Cancer Care, so please give generously.
