SAKHEE’S SECRET has been installed as second favourite by Stan James to be leading First Crop Sire in Britain and Ireland this season at 4/1 behind 11/10 favourite New Approach.
Champion Sprinter in 2007, having defeated six Group One winners to take the July Cup, Sakhee’s Secret progeny were certainly the rage at the yearling sales. He had an 85%+ fertility rate and his 85 – 90 juveniles this year are sure to make their presence felt. He has also been very popular in the southern hemisphere where his yearlings sold very well in New Zealand in February.
Solario Racing is delighted to have a Sakhee’s Secret filly among its syndicate 2yo horses and “Mimi” as she is known in the stable has certainly caught the trainer and many an owner’s eye.
