Amy has first Group One runner today
MANHATTAN JUNGLE takes on the boys at Deauville today (1.33pm) in the Group One Prix Morny over 6f and this will be Amy’s first Group One runner on the flat.
The three-times winner who was second last time out in a Group 3 at Deauville, one length behind one of today’s rivals, The Antarctic, is the outsider of the party at 25/1.
The daughter of Bungle Inthejungle, only cost 20k euros as a yearling and has already amassed over £60k in prize money. Tony Piccone, who has ridden her twice before, including last time out, is again on board.
She will have to improve to beat the likes of market leaders Blackbeard and Persian Force but she deserves to take her chance and we wish connections the very best of luck!
