Nezar – runs at Wolverhampton
NEZAR is the yard’s sole runner today when lining up for the 8.50 at Wolverhampton, a 1m 1/2f handicap for 4yos and upwards rated 0-65 and he has an each-chance at around 6/1 at his favourite course.
He’s only gone up 2lbs for his last time out win and although that was over 7f which is probably his preferred distance, he is a previous winner over today’s course and distance and should be competitive under Callum Shepherd, who won on him 22 days ago.
Dangers include Pope Gregory and Whatwouldyouknow but despite being weak in the betting, Nezar is likely to be there or thereabouts.
