Mirakuhl – runs at Kempton this afternoon
ON all known form, the stable’s Mirakuhl, an 80/1 shot, needs to step up markedly to trouble the judge today at Kempton in the 5.50, a 1m handicap.
The 4yo daughter of Fast Company has had just five runs, all last year, over trips ranging from 7f to 1m2f and although she showed some ability on her second outing when fifth at Lingfield, she has regressed since then. On her last run, at Chelmsford in December, she was beaten 30 lengths.
She is running off 50 today under jockey George Downing and is the outsider of the field of ten runners. A more likely winner is the favourite Recuerdame, the mount of Hollie Doyle.
