Badenscoth – good chance to complete hat trick at Wolves
BADENSCOTH is a worthy favourite to complete a course and distance hat-trick at Wolverhampton tonight in the 1m 1 1/2 furlong handicap at 7.30pm.
He has been a comfortable winner under Franny Norton at the Midlands track the last twice and despite going up another 6lbs fort his last win, he is the one to beat at around 15/8.
Half an hour later at 8pm, Archdeacon has each-way claims at 7/1 to complete a stable double also over 1m 1 1/2 furlongs. He has slipped down the weights and if the first-time cheekpieces have the desired effect, he could break his duck under Kieran O’Neill, who rides him for the first time.
