DON’T LOOK DOWN, beaten two noses over 1m4f at Wolverhampton three weeks ago bids to go two places better over course and distance at 7.05pm.
The 3yo Solario Racing (Tring) owned grey is one of eight runners in the novice median auction stakes for three and four-year-olds and the joint 5/2 second favourite should go well under French jockey, Gerald Mosse.
The dangers look to be the favourite Balaawy and the Willie Haggas-trained Canford Heights but if we run up to the form of three weeks ago, we should be there or thereabouts. Drawn three is a help and hopefully the Aussie Rules’ gelding can go two noses better!
The stable also runs two at Sandown, Fancy Flyer and Wotadoll in the 1.40 and 2.10 respectively. The latter at 16/1 looks interesting each-way under Martin Dwyer, even though drawn wide in ten.
