Robert Winston – two rides for Dean at Donny
STABLE runners at Doncaster, Dark Magic (6pm) and Eljaddaaf (7.35pm) are both weak in the market but maybe therefore be overpriced.
The former is a lightly raced Invincible Spirt gelding and he’s top weight in an eleven-runner mile handicap. Previously a soft ground winner at Newmarket, he was seen out last December on the all-weather when second, beaten a length at Lingfield.
Today’s he’s 10/1 under Robert Winston and may be worth chancing as could be Eljaddaaf, also under Robert Winston in the 16-runner 7f handicap. An all-weather specialist, he’s 8lb lower on the turf and at 20/1 may spring an each-way surprise.
