THE stable runs four today at Kempton, Vena D’Amore (1.30pm), Tropics (2.40pm), Lucymai (3.15pm) and One Cool Daddy (4.25pm) and according to the market, maybe he could be the one.
A winner on his debut over a mile at Kempton, the Scat Daddy colt won despite racing freely from a wide draw. Today’s five-runner conditions stakes is not easy with the likes of 2,000 Guineas entry, King’s Shield in opposition but the Ivory runner may be worth a speculative look at 10/1. The mount of Robert Winston has been the subject of support this morning.
Tropics is weak at 6/1 in the 6f handicap but still looks each-way material. Again Robert Winston is aboard.
Lucymai has it all to do at the weights in Listed fillies’ stakes over a mile while newcomer,Vena D’Amore is drawn out in the car park and is a 50/1 shot. Jack Duern rides both horses.
