CAPPANANTY CON, a dual winner on the Tapeta at Wolverhampton, tries to win on the polytrack at Kempton tonight in the 7.40 and although weak in the market at 10/1, he is drawn well in one.
Having said that, he’s a horse that likes to be held up and come with a late run, so the good draw may be somewhat irrelevant. The 6f trip will suit and and he has run well on two other occasions at Kempton, so 10/1 may be a big price.
The big danger looks to be top weight, Fivetwoeight, strong in the market and the mount of champion jockey elect, Silvestre De Sousa.
